Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the running of the warehouse and storage so that it is well organized, areas are kept clean and tidy at all times, and parts and materials are at their proper designated locations.
• Ensure high productivity in the warehouse functions e.g. stock-take events, issuing, packing, stock binning, etc
• Responsible for the conduct, performance and training needs of the warehouse personnel
• Fully responsible in reviewing the company reorder policy to achieve a high availability rate while maintaining good stock economy
• Any other warehouse related duties that may be assigned from time to time 
• Coordinate daily operation activities
• Provide reports and data for improvement plan
• Prepare warehouse management reports

Requirements:

• Have at least 2 year of job experiences in warehouse related industry
• Mature, responsible and work Independently
• Possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work in Bintan, Indonesia

Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts; co-ordinate and ensure monthly closing with stipulated deadlines
• Review and monitor monthly financial performance versus budget
• Cash flow planning and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, statutory, legislative requirements and group policies
• Prepare management reports and any ad-hoc reporting requirements
• In charge of inventory control

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy
• At least 2-3 years experience, preferably from manufacturing and/ or audit background
• Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in Navision
• Experienced in handling Audit
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills; possess initiative and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
• A team player who is hands-on & meticulous
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Experience with inventory in manufacturing environment

Sales Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Understand customer requirements and propose equipment solutions to meet and exceed these requirements.

• Coordinate with Product Manager and Engineering to put together customer proposals including quotes and submittal drawings.

• Process customer orders and act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders to achieve on-time delivery of quality products. Provide customers with weekly project status reports

• Execute business development initiatives to grow Esco’s business.

Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Responsible to make new plans, updating the existing process to initiate manufacturing in an effective manner.
• Identify problems, identify problems, investigate and implement appropriate actions to improve production quality, equipment & productivity
• To analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirement and work flow.
• To design the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• To develop step-by-step methods for making the products
• To recommend changes in the design of a product to make it easier or less costly to produce
• To confer with the management on production capabilities, schedules and problems
• Co-ordinate with various levels of staff in ensuring that production targets and productivity levels are met and improved

 Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering or equivalent with 3-4 years experience
• Fluent in English. For candidates hired in Indonesia, TOFL score requirement minimum is 500
• Good project management skills
• Leadership qualities

Material/Production Planner

Job description 

• Making sure each operation meets shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders.
• Planning and scheduling workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Planning sequence of assembly and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
• Determining the status of assigned projects, expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
• Preparing production reports.
• Monitors, analyzes & reports performance to schedule of production & production support activities, utilizing information derived from material and production control systems.
• Ensures all parties are fully cognizant of production status, & that work planning and execution objectives are integrated & communicated.
• Coordinates & expedites the placement of purchase orders and/or delivery of material.
• Resolves problems utilizing acquired knowledge & analytical abilities.

Requirements:  

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Business
• Good knowledge in shipping practice such as import and export documentation, permit declaration and other relevant documents
• Familiar with purchase variances and participate in cost reduction program.
• Excellent business network and supplier contacts from shipping industry is highly desirable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• An independent individual who works well under pressure
• Min 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing industry with high volume
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skill
• Proactive, flexible, reliable, self-motivated & organized
